Section E
The collection of this information comes with a due process of privacy and confidentiality. An employee can expect that the data shared with his or her employer will not be shared with third parties unless otherwise noted. If there are cases of a breach in this contract, it is imperative that the employer notify the appropriate Board of Directors of Powell Associates in order for prompt action to be taken.
Section F
Employees should note that the section entitled, "Next of Kin" is reserved for those selected individuals that should be contacted in the case of crisis or unexpected occurrence. While this is optional, employees are advised to include as much information as possible in order for Powell Associates to make appropriate decisions in the unlikely event of an emergency.
Section G
It is illegal to discriminate against any work-authorized individuals in hiring, discharge, recruitment, or referral.
