The bar graph shown in the above image mainly highlights the overall number of men and women smoking cigarettes in the United Kingdom from 2011 to 2021, which is calculated in millions. Overall, the number of smokers for both sexes (male and female) has steadily declined throughout this decade. However, men continue to outnumber women in every year.

In 2011, about 4 million men smoked cigarettes, compared to around 3.5 million women. By 2021, these numbers had fallen to around 1 million for men and 0.5 million for women, showcasing a substantial reduction in the overall number for both sexes (males and females).

The most prominent reduction occurred between 2011 and 2015, with the number of male smokers falling by around 1 million and female smokers falling by about 0.5 million. After 2016, the decrement for both sexes became more gradual, stabilizing at a lower level by the end of the period. In conclusion, while the overall number of smokers declined significantly among both sexes, the number of male smokers remained higher throughout the years.

In 2011, the number of male and female smokers was around 4 million and 3.5 million, respectively. The number of male smokers has decreased gradually, reaching around 1.2 million in 2021. Similarly, the number of female smokers has also declined, but at a lower pace, stabilizing at around 0.5 million by 2021. This gap gradually decreased throughout the decade and by 2021, the number of female and male smokers in the UK was nearly equal.

In conclusion, the bar graph shows a normal decline in smoking prevalence in the United Kingdom, with men smoking comparatively more than women and there was a slightly greater reduction in the overall number of smokers among both sexes.

In 2011, around 4 million male smokers and 3.5 million female smokers consumed cigarettes, as shown on the bar graph. The number of male smokers, during these years, declined gradually, reaching around 1.2 million by 2021. Just like that, the number of female smokers also decreased gradually but at a lower pace, reaching around 0.5 million in 2021.

It is also clear that male smokers have consistently outnumbered female smokers throughout this period. However, the rate of decline among male smokers appears to be slightly higher. In brief, the graph mainly indicates a considerable drop in smoking prevalence in the United Kingdom between 2011 and 2021 with a more noticeable decline in the number of male smokers.
