Model Answer 1

Dear Peter,

I was delighted to find your letter in my mailbox little brother. Reading your letter my joy soon turned into despair. Why are you thinking like this? Dropping out is not a good idea.

Last month I had a chat with your class teacher, she was praising you. She told me how sincere I am and committed you to your studies. She also told me that you Are one of the brilliant students in the class. I was quite sure that this year you will top in your class. But I was shocked by your letter. I did not expect that you would back out from the examination as of year inadequate preparations. I would like to understand the situation better. I will be coming home next week, we will have a better discussion about it. Moreover, I believe you still have two months left for your examination, which is a great time period for preparation. I believe that there is some miscommunication or misconception regarding your preparation and skills. This also might be anxiety or Fomo. Do not doubt your caliber, and fear of failure overtake your confidence. I am quite sure you will overcome this exam with flying colors. Looking forward to seeing you very soon. Take care.

Love,
Joule

Model Answer 2

Dear Rohit,

I am extremely happy to get your letter after a month. But I am a little shaken by the letter you have written. Why do you want to drop out? What happened to you?

You had always been a boy of consistency and hard work. You have always been a brilliant student. Your teachers and private tutors have always praised you for your academic brilliance. I guess you have been a little busy these days doing other work, hence you could not make enough time for your preparation. I believe one month is abundant time for your preparation. Hence keeping aside your phone, extra curricular activities, you should only focus on your exam. Dropping out will not only break your confidence but also hello also makes you feel that you are lagging behind your friends. As I believe that you are an amazing brother and a hard-working student. You have enough time to finish your syllabus. We would have one-on-one conversations regarding the same. Once I get a holiday from my office I will come to see you. Till then please focus on your studies and don’t be negligent about the same. I believe in you and so do your parents and teachers. I’m sure you can make it.

Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Love,
Ritam

Model Answer 3

Dear Rohan,

I am very delighted to get your letter today morning. Standing on the threshold of your career, it is not the right decision to drop out.

You have written in the letter that you are not well prepared for your examination. But last week I had a conversation with your class teacher, she said you Are a brilliant student. Your hard work and dedication can take you to the top. I also called your friends to know about the situation you are going through, and they are all optimistic and hopeful about your preparation. I guess there is some misconception about your skills. I believe that this is your anxiety and the fear of failure. Give up this failure and take the exam with your full preparation and confidence. I’m sure you can do your best.

Looking forward to seeing you very soon.

Take care

Love,
Sam
