Model Answer 1

Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my concern about the situation we are experiencing owing to a lack of parking space for our automobiles. The majority of our company's employees have their own vehicles, which they utilize for official purposes. It is difficult to find a parking space for these automobiles in our company compound.
Employees were on official business, and when they returned to the office, there was no room for their vehicle. They do, however, park their vehicle on the side of the road, which is far from our organization. Aside from these, a few employees were penalized for inappropriate parking and parked in restricted areas.
Our job as a reputable firm is to provide room for staff automobile parking, as stated in our office manual. Furthermore, there is a possibility that the automobiles will be stolen as a result of illegal parking. It may necessitate a reduction in our transportation and have an impact on our projects. There is a traffic jam due to parking of vehicles on the road. It not only decreases the reputation of the company but also affects the further projects.
We sent a suggestion for upstairs parking to the most recent HSE meeting, and management also sent a notification. Could you please follow up on the suggestion and advise management on how to resolve this issue? Otherwise, it causes a slew of problems, which may be detrimental to our organization's reputation. This situation might result in accidents as well. I trust you understand the situation and are expecting an appropriate response.
Thanks and Regards,
Liza

Model Answer 2

Dear Sir
I am writing to protest that the company does not provide a parking lot for employees. And that each employee is forced to park on the street. In today's world everyone has their own transportation vehicles. People prefer their own vehicles as compared to public transport. There is no space for parking. Employees have to park vehicles on reads. Due to which there arises a traffic jam. The reputation of the company deteriorates due to the same. Also, many employees have given penalties for parking on the roads. Vehicle theft is another threat to the employees. As a result, one of my coworkers' cars was tucked by city police. As it was parked beneath the tree, they severely reminded him that it is not a parking location. They surrounded that area with restricted cautions. As a result, individuals are not permitted to park there.
However, I would like to recommend that our organization has a spare area in the basement that may be converted into a parking lot for staff. Also, it is large in area. There is no current use of the basement. Also, vehicles like cars can be easily parked in the basement. It will also add as a plus point in the infrastructure of our company. Many projects and clients will be attracted by the same. I have given the same suggestion to the HR but no response and action is taken. I would like you to look into the matter as soon as possible.
I eagerly await your favorable reaction in the near future,
Regards,
Liza

Model Answer 3

Dear Sir,
I'm Liza, and I'm writing to report about the shortage of parking space in our office.
I've been a front-office executive here for about three years. Although this organization offers an employee-friendly environment, parking remains a huge challenge for everyone. The vast majority of employees prefer to commute to work in private vehicles. However, due to a lack of parking, employees must rely on public transportation. This is extremely dangerous for female employees, especially at night. Also, the employees who come through private vehicles face parking issues. Due to lack of parking space they have to rely on the roads. They have to park on the roads which is the main reason for the traffic jam in front of our company. It deteriorates the reputation of our company.
Furthermore, looking for a nearby parking place is a time-consuming process for both corporate clients and staff. The number of visitors to our website is growing in tandem with the growth of our company. As a result, the parking problem is getting worse by the day.
The lack of a parking zone is a critical issue that must not be overlooked. As a result, I'd like to propose a few solutions to this problem. To begin, by relocating the marketing department to the fifth floor. We can supply parking on the bottom floor of the building. Alternatively, we can ask the municipal corporation to set aside some parking space in the surrounding area.
I eagerly await your response.
With Regards,
Liza
