Band 6.5 IELTS Letter
Dear Sir/Ma’am
I am writing this letter as a complaint regarding the issue of slow internet connection in my area. The intermittent issue of the internet connection is creating a huge issue due to which the work and other occasions are hampered. I will provide details about the same.
I have also informed your local office about the issues faced on two occasions by calling them up. But there have been no significant changes since then. The connection remained smooth only for a day immediately after I ringed them but again it is back to square one. Since I am presently working from it is becoming pretty troublesome for me to manage my work. The internet connection is becoming so intermittent that it is almost unusable. I am requesting you to arrange for an engineer to solve the issues I am facing after thrice attempts of remotely solving the issues, it is still the same.
Also, I find no reason for charging me the advertised fee of Rs. 1,000 per month since I haven’t received my service for almost three months. I will either accept the payment for these three months or a reduction in the upcoming bills.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
The reason behind writing this letter is to inform you that for the last two weeks I have been getting an intermittent internet connection. I have already contacted the nearest authorities but they didn’t show any concern towards my problem stating this is happening across the area. Initially, I did believe them but the very next day upon inquiry I got to know that my neighbor who is availing the same service is receiving proper connection.
The complications began when after reaching out to them twice they stopped taking my calls for the third time. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and insulting to not pay heed to the queries of the customers. I’ve been a loyal consumer of your internet services but due to the recent unacceptable behavior from the local office, I am giving a second thought about continuing your services. Due to the issue of the internet it has become extremely difficult to connect with employees of my office and it is creating immense problems in communication. Since I am working from home, my work is getting affected big time because of the weak internet connection. I would like you to send over an engineer to solve my problem as soon as possible. It is essential that the internet connection is smooth considering we have already provided a yearly fee for the same.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the internet service that you are providing me. I have been a much-satisfied customer of yours for a couple of years now. But recently my connection has become unstable. As I work from home, it interrupts my work. Even when it is working it is too slow and it is difficult to attend an online meeting.
I have called the customer service department many times this week. Though they responded in a very positive manner the problem is still intact. I believe there must be some technical issues that must be resolved by an engineer. It is extremely important that I have a stable internet connection which helps me with my software related work. Moreover, even I have my brother who is involved in online study programmes and due to the issues of connectivity, he is facing disruption in concentrarting in his course. Hence I would like to send an experienced technician to my house to resolve this issue. Lastly, I would like to bring to your notice the amount of the bill. It is due this week. Since I have received the assured service for more than two weeks now I expect a reduction in the bill. I hope it is possible for you to look into the matter as soon as possible. Hoping to hear back soon with positive actions.
