Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Anuradha Gupta writing this mail to enquire about the seminar that is going to be held in London next month by you. The information given on the site is a bit ambiguous so I need more information regarding the seminar to confirm my participation. I would also like to know about the theme of the seminar and would also like to know whether I will be allowed to present a paper or not. Unfortunately, the main details like date, time and venue of the seminar have not been mentioned. So it’s a request to kindly incorporate these details along with the cost and other prerequisites needed. Apart from this, I am traveling from Delhi so I want to book tickets to avoid last-minute hassle and price hikes. I would like to know the exact date of the event and whether stay and food will be provided or not? Lastly, I would like to inquire about the profile and previous works of the people presenting the seminar along with the time duration of each session. Kindly do the needful so that it will be easy for me to make prior arrangements keeping in mind the above-mentioned details.

Apart from these, I would also like to know whether we will be allowed to sell our products to the people attending the event or not. I also want to know the leading designers attending the meeting. I would also like to know whether any dressing code is there or not? Apart from these, I would also like to know whether an entry fee is mandatory for people advertising their products or not? Last but not least will the food be provided along with the accommodation and what is the best alternative available in case food and accommodation aren’t there? I am writing to you to elicit information regarding the upcoming conference that is going to take place in Germany. The topic impact of Artificial intelligence on mankind has excited me a lot. My name is Sajal Ali and I am a software engineer working in Dubai. I am very much keen on attending the conference and would like to know about the schedule in detail.
Firstly, I would like to know when the conference is commencing and ending so that I can ask for prior leave from my boss. I also need to find a suitable replacement until I resume my work. Secondly, I would be glad to know about the food and accommodation that has been provided to the people attending the event. Thirdly, I would like to know whether we can present a paper on topics that align with the theme or not, and if that is allowed, what is the procedure? I would also like to know about the details of the people presenting their papers at the conference. Lastly, I would like to know whether certificates will be given to the participants as a token of gratitude or not?
I am looking forward to your response so that I can make the necessary arrangements needed to start my trip. Thank you in advance.
