Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter regarding the trip that I have made in a vehicle of your line on February 20th, 2021. To be precise from Mumbai Andheri west to the international airport. It was around 5 pm and finished in nearly 20 minutes. I had a flight at 5:45 pm to Boston to have a meeting with a client.
When I entered the taxi I started looking at those important documents that contained confidential information of some of my valuable clients. I was checking those while on my trip to the international airport. This is why I firmly believe that I have left those documents in your taxi while I reached my destination. I also remember I was rushing on my way as I was getting late. It might be due to this reason too that I did not pay attention while leaving those documents in the taxi. The documents are very valuable because the information they carry is highly confidential. If they fall into the hands of some wrong person, then it can have some serious adverse effects. Both on me as well as on my organisation too. The documents have all the information regarding the client's personal and professional life and their financial details. It is very private and is to be kept between our company and the customer only. It is hence crucial that they are found as soon as possible and will be returned to me. Your help in this matter is of extreme importance to me. Moreover, I would want this matter to be solved between us only rather than involving police or MI5 interference. I hope you will understand.

I'm writing to inquire about a recent trip I had in a vehicle from your fleet on June 1st, 2018. It was from London Mayfair to Piccadilly station, beginning at 4 p.m. and ending 30 minutes later. On the 15th of December, on my way home after a presentation at the Town Hall, I rented your car to take me to the railway station at 4 p.m.
I began studying some documents containing private customer data as soon as I got into the cab. When I got home, though, I realised I had left some of those documents inside the cab. Those documents include extremely personal data from a client survey, which was done as part of a yearlong study project. If they get into the wrong hands, the consequences for myself might be disastrous. As a result, I recommend that you call the cab driver and make plans to find it. I will be available around the clock at 98898978121. I expect you to return the lost documents as soon as you discover them. So that no important information is leaked and distorted. And the privacy of my client is retained. It is a very serious matter and should be resolved immediately.
