You Recently Did A Short Cookery Course IELTS General Writing Task 1 is a letter-writing topic. Candidates are required to address the course director on this topic in a formal tone. Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter in response to my feedback on the cookery course. I have recently attended a cookery course that I feel happy about. I wanted to share my thoughts and opinions about the course.

First of all, I really enjoyed this course. It has encouraged me to learn cooking. She was very friendly and approachable. Throughout the course, he kept on encouraging and teaching how cooking is an art. He gave us clear instructions that were easy to follow. I am delighted that I have a quiet skewer and knowledge about knives, plates, dishes, ingredients, and more. While completing the course I have been cooking food for my family on a daily basis. I cooked a three-course meal for my parents on their anniversary. They were very happy and I think a lot of compliments. I will continue to practice what I have learned in my regular life. Also, I have a suggestion, it would be great if you can incorporate baking courses into your cooking course.

This will extend the test and motivate us to cook at home.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to give feedback on the cookery course that I have attended this month. The course was all about different ingredients, meals, and more.

I have learned different cuisines like Indian, Mexican, and Chinese. The instructor is very approachable. He kept on explaining the process, and any sort of doubt that anyone had. Besides Mrs. Mukherjee, our manager in the course, she had been very patient throughout our course. Being an owner of the cooking classes, she also kept explaining the recipes and doubts that anyone had. I am excited to share that after completing the course I will be cooking regularly for my children. They love all the dishes I cook. In fact, I have tried almost all the sorts of dishes they like, and even my husband likes them. I also want to share a suggestion that we can also focus on Italian Mein. Because my husband and children love pizza and pasta. We also care to keep ordering these items from restaurants. If you add this cuisine to your course I will be excited to join again and be part of it.

I have taken a short cookery course from the XYZ Institute. I am writing this letter to express my feedback about the course.

I attended this course a month ago, to enhance my culinary art skills. I must agree that the course was taught very intensively. It was a one-month course, and I believe that they had covered all the necessary aspects. I also enjoyed the course throughout. The best thing about this cookery course is that apart from being comprehensively taught, they also share the story behind some recipes and Cuisines. They have also taught some Italian and oriental desserts which are quick and easy to make. I enjoy learning the tips and tricks for chopping and cooking. After I completed my cookery course, I hosted a party at my house where I prepared some of my favorite dishes for everyone. As I got quite a lot of compliments and appreciation. I have a suggestion, it would be great if you can add a short course regarding preparing a different variety of desserts. This will also attract the kids to try different cuisine menus.
