Model Answer 1

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I could not get the flight from Delhi to Istanbul on 27th June. This happened due to the mismanagement of the airport authorities.

I would like to correct and rectify the issue and arrange the next flight for 28 June. I will book my tickets with your airline one month earlier and schedule the flight to fly from Delhi to Istanbul. The flight was scheduled at 20:00 hours on 27th June 2 022. I reached the airport two hours prior to my scheduled time and checked my luggage. I was already boarding my flight when security personnel approached me and asked for an interrogation in the security room. I was intrigued by the sudden change in the security personnel. However, he requested cooperation and tried to be as helpful as possible. The damage is already done. I missed my flight when I was cleared due to this and scheduled interrogation in the office. I notified my employer and asked to take the next flight which was not available at that time.

I would like you to correct this unexpected interrogation within your jurisdiction. Also, help me book my tickets for 28th June without imposing any extra ticket fare.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours sincerely,
Abhishek Ramalingam

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I have missed my flight from Kolkata to Delhi on the 25th of July. The reason behind this sudden delay was the unexpected problem at the airport.

My flight was scheduled for 12 PM and I arrived at the airport at 10 AM. As I arrived early, I wanted to eat something at the airport. So I went to the restaurant section of the airport where some personal security of the airport asked me to stay until further notice. I guess there were some security issues that forced me to unwind and my scheduled flight. I had an important seminar in Delhi, which was missed due to these unexpected issues. So since I missed the flight because of the airport authorities, which is beyond my control.

So I would truly appreciate it if you refund my ticket. I am attaching the ticket with this letter for your convenience.

Yours sincerely,
Riya Bhatt

Model Answer 3

Dear Sir/Mam,

My name is Chandra Shekhar Azad and I booked my flight from Kolkata to Chennai on 28 July. I am writing this letter to inform you of the misconduct of the air Port authorities.

I was prior to my scheduled flight time, according to the airport guidelines but still, I missed the flight. There were two major reasons for this inconvenience. Firstly, the insufficient security personnel took a longer time than required for my security check. Then there was no separate security checkpoint for domestic and international. Hence this process took twice the time required. Missing the flight was the best eating as I had my cousin's wedding to attend. I was unable to reach my destination due to the inconvenience of your authorities. My family members were very disappointed and my cousin was upset due to my absence.

To resolve this issue immediately I would like the airlines to initiate a full refund of my tickets. I expect this issue to resolve in 2 to 3 business days. If this matter is not resolved, I would be forced to take legal action.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
Chandra Shekhar Azad
