Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Nupur Kapoor from the contact marketing department. I am writing this letter to show gratitude for selecting me for the computer training program. But unfortunately, I cannot attend this course due to some family commitments. I apologize deeply. I am aware that attending this training would have improved my MS office skills. It also included certification at the end of the course. This is a great opportunity to have such an experience. However, I will not be able to attend this training. This is my sister's wedding, which I cannot avoid. This course, this computer course is of paramount importance to me. It is undeniably beneficial for my career. I went through the policies, this training will be conducted twice a year. I would request you to reschedule my training for the next time. I will wait for your response.
Yours faithfully

Model Answer 2
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Jatin and I am a senior project product engineer. I am writing this letter to thank you for selecting me for this computer training course. Unfortunately, I would not be able to attend the training program arranged by my company. This computer course training program that will start from next week in the office would surely help me in my different projects. This would have helped me in making designs as per the demand of our clients. This program will not only help me to be equipped with graphic design but also decrease the dependency on our graphic designers. Unfortunately, I would not be able to attend this course as I have an important meeting with a client in Bangalore this weekend. I will be back after a week. This project is very important for our company. If the project would have norms, I might be extended my time period to stay there. I would like to kindly arrange my course either online in the evening or can we postpone my course duration for a week.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully

Model Answer 3
Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all, I am highly grateful for organizing such an important training course on developing computer skills. I understand that my company wants me to attend this training course in order to enhance my skills. But unfortunately, I cannot attend it right now. I am hoping to complete it in the near future. These computer skills are very essential to increase productivity and work efficiency. Such a training program would also help eliminate excess time, excess people in one project, and unnecessary fear of limited technical knowledge. Computer resources will provide a more positive frame of mind while I work. However, as much as it sounds good, I would love to attend the course later. I will not be able to attend this course at the given scheduled time as I have some family emergency this week. But I would surely make every effort to complete this computer training course. I would also be thankful if you kindly reschedule my course for next week so that I can complete it within the given time.
Thank you in advance,
yours faithfully,
James Mcpherson
