Dear Store Manager,
I hope you are doing well! I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the recent shopping experience I had at your store last week. I always prefer to take furniture for my home from your store and have to travel from another city to visit your store.
Last week when I visited your store, I purchased a dining table for my new home and asked you to deliver it to my home address as soon as possible. Firstly, the delivery of the dining table was too late and later on, the item that I received was defective and didn’t match the dining table that I booked at your store. The delivery book took the whole cash payment at the time of delivery and when I complained to him regarding the issue, he didn’t respond well to my problem and asked me to repair it on my own.
I believe that defects in the dining room can't be reaped properly. Therefore, I request to replace my dining table as soon as possible because at the end of the week, I have a family get-together at my new home. As I am your regular customer, I expect you to respond to my problem as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.

I am writing this letter to share my experience and feedback on the shopping that I did last week at your store. I am always eager to purchase the furniture items from your store as I like your dealing with customers and the services that you provide. But the last shopping that I did at your store was full of disappointment and dissatisfaction.
Last Saturday, I visited your store to purchase comfortable mattresses for me because of my back issues. I discussed with you regarding my back problems and told you that the doctor has advised me to replace the simple mattress with the memory foam mattress. I had seen a variety of mattresses at your shop and finalized the most comfortable ones for me. I had made the online payment for the shopping it did at your store.
The day I received my mattresses, I noticed that the item didn’t match with the one that I chose for me. I told the delivery man regarding the wrong delivery but he didn’t respond. Later on, I contacted the customer support of your store but was really disappointed with their service too. I am suffering from a lot of back pain due to which I need to immediately replace my mattresses. So, I request to look into my matter as soon as possible. I have attached all the payment slips along with this letter.

I am writing this letter to register my complaint regarding the poor quality of the sofa material that I bought from your store. Last month, I visited your store to purchase a sofa for my new home. There were a lot of options of sofas at your store and at last, I finalized a 7 seater sofa at your store. The payment for the shopping that I did from your shop was done in online mode.
I received the sofa after one week of my purchase and noticed that there were a lot of defects in the item and it didn’t match the originality of the product that I saw at your store. The material used for making the sofa was very cheap and the seats were really very uncomfortable. The sofa starts shaking when someone sits on it and one of its legs is cracked badly.
I called the customer support of your office and they asked me to get it repaired on my own. The service was really bad and the quality of the product was poor. I request you to either replace my product or refund me the full amount of sofa that I paid at the time of billing. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. I have attached the bill and the photos of the defective parts of the sofa along with this letter.
