I'm writing this letter because I purchased a sofa from your store about a week ago.
I purchased a wooden sofa from your store on July 7th. This item was specifically crafted for you and has a beautiful dark golden hue. I purchased the item for $127.62 in Canadian dollars. I have attached a picture of the receipt for your reference.
The legs of the sofa are a bit unstable, and the paint is beginning to peel off by itself. Additionally, whenever our family attempts to sit together, the furniture tends to shift towards the wall, causing us concern that excessive pressure might result in it breaking.
Could you please change the legs and fix the screws so that it doesn't shake when we try to use it? It would be greatly appreciated.
You can also redo it to prevent the paint from coming off again.

Also, to be more specific about the damage, the right sides of two seat legs are broken. I don't think it can be fixed. It would have broken while being shipped.
Lastly, I want the furniture to be changed out in five days. While we're getting ready for a family get-together in seven days. You can pick up the broken things from my house. Also, I've been told that the return or refund policy is good for up to six weeks from the date of the bill.
Since I'm a regular customer, I value that you answered my letter quickly and sent a replacement on time.
