MODEL ANSWER 1:

Dear Nancy,

I hope you and aunty are doing good, and if you are already back from town, don’t forget to show me pictures that you have clicked. If you remember our last meeting at Rudra’s anniversary, you surprisingly handed me your gorgeous glass-coated designer lipstick and allowed me to use it. I became so very happy, that I started to treasure it actually. But Alas! The day before yesterday, when I came back from the supermarket, I found my aunt visiting my home, and in my room, my cousin's sister was playing with my stuff around. The box which she was playing with, had your lipstick, and when I was trying to get it back from her, she slipped and the box fell. Luckily, she did not face any serious injury but that lipstick broke inside the box.

As you know my second aunt works with an agency that deals with custom-made or designed cosmetic products. Since your product was unique, I captured it on my phone’s camera, and I have already discussed the design of your lipstick in detail with the agency people, starting from the glass diamond-shaped tip, till the pink amber was attached in the late part. My aunt said it will take them a week to finish making the similar jewelry, and they are really glad to see the existence of such a design, hopefully, she will soon come up with the new customized lipstick, and I will hand it over to you as soon as I get that myself. I believe in her skills as many foreign customers have become her regular customers, so with no doubt, my aunt and her team in the agency can accomplish the lipstick.

But seriously, kindly accept my apology for what has happened, though it was an accident I shall take complete responsibility to return your things to you. Hope you will understand and accept the new lipstick from me. I will give you a message and visit you after a week with your new lipstick upon my return. Thanks for understanding Nancy.
