Write a letter to your colleague IELTS General Writing Task 1. The letter follows a semi- formal approach. It contains three model answers that have three paragraphs namely the introduction, body, and conclusion. The letter must be clear and to the point.

IELTS General Writing Task 1 includes letter writing either in formal, informal, or semi-formal patterns. Candidates need to complete the task within 20 minutes. Dear Ms. Alice,

How are you? I hope you are doing great. I got to know that you are shifting to Delhi from Mumbai for your project. I might not be able to meet you because I am shifting to Bangalore. The project I was perking on has come to an end. Now, I will have to shift to Bangalore for a new project.

However, I was wondering if you might not have seen any accomodation. I would like to offer you the residence I was living in. It is located in the middle of Delhi. It would be easier for you to travel from your office to home. One bedroom along with a kitchen and a bathroom is available. There is a balcony too which offers fresh air.

I have purchased a few pieces of furniture before shifting. But I might not be able to take the furniture. I was thinking of discarding it. But now it would be great if those can come into use by you. Also, I think this accommodation will be suitable for you because it offers a peaceful environment as you like. Also, as you like going to the park. It would be easy for you to visit the park. There are three parks nearby. Also, the landlord is a nice person.
