Dear Sir,

Hope you are doing good! I am writing this letter to know the detailed procedure for booking a hall for a family function at your hotel. Next week, we are going to celebrate 25 years of our marriage anniversary. So, we are planning to organize a party on the occasion of our Silver Jubilee.

One of my close friends has recommended that I should organize the party at your hotel. I request you to share the details of your event management team. I want to do a gathering of approximately 200 people. So, I assume that a sitting arrangement and food for 200-250 guests would be sufficient for my anniversary party. I will discuss the further details such as the theme of the party, my budget, menu of dinner, etc., after I receive the contact details of your event management team.

It would be highly appreciated if you could start my party arrangements as soon as possible because I am left with very few days. Looking for a positive response from your side. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
