I'm writing this letter to suggest someone for the best employee of the year award.

On behalf of my whole team, I'd like to put forward Priyanka from the Development team for this award. First of all, if you look at her performance over the whole year, she really does earn this award because she worked so hard to finish the project before the deadline. Also, it's amazing how well she can handle stress at work and always find the right answer. She has also helped many junior workers with their problems and made sure they got the information they needed to improve their skills. So, I think she is the right person to get this award.
But I think there are many things that make a good employee. For example, being able to justify the role and position, being a good learner, wanting to work as a good team member, using skills and experience in the right way, helping the company grow, and being respectful of the company's policies and workplace are all things that can make a person an asset to the company. I've seen all of these things in Priyanka, so I'm going to nominate her.
