Write a Letter to Your Friend Describing The Social Life of Your Country IELTS General Writing Task 1 is a letter writing topic. Candidates need to construct an informal letter on this topic and explain the aspects as mentioned. It contains three model answers that have three paragraphs namely the introduction, body, and conclusion. The letter must be clear and to the point. 

IELTS General Writing Task 1 includes letter writing either in formal, informal, or semi-formal patterns. Candidates need to complete the task within 20 minutes. Topic: You have a pen-friend living in a foreign country and she is curious to learn about the social life of your country. You think she will learn better about your country if she travels through it. Write a letter to your friend inviting her to visit your country. In the letter:

•  explain the reasons why she should travel to your country
•  describe the arrangements you can make to ensure that her trip is pleasurable
•  ask her to plan for a month-long programme

Dear Roma,

I am writing this letter from my heart to ask you to visit my country. India has always piqued your interest, and I'd like to extend an invitation to travel there so you may see it for yourself. Your curiosity about our culture and traditions and how Indians dress in their traditional dress. Moreover, the food they eat in different states has always piqued my interest. Please visit some of the country's amazing locations and we will look around everything there is to know about it. Additionally, I am grateful to get the prospect of meeting you, and I can't wait to do that and want to have fun while roaming around Indian places!

Let me assist you by making the necessary reservations and choosing the top vacation accommodations for your trip. If you know the location, you can tell me I'll accommodate all the important arrays accordingly and availability of everything. I assure you that with the help of my uncle, who works for the local tourism office, I will make your trip hassle-free. He will provide us with the tickets and everything about the places we visit.

I will remind you by telling me that you would have a two-month break following your first semester. So pack your bags in 30 days and fly out to India immediately. It would be fun, and we will discuss our past funny and stupid things we did in college. If we don't have enough time, you won't be able to experience India in its entirety.
