Model Answer 1
Dear Tom,
I hope everything is okay at home and that you are relaxing at your accommodations during your week off.
As usual, I'm quite busy. Actually, I'm leaving on a four-day business trip the following Monday.
Would you be willing to watch my kids while I'm gone? I'm not quite confident about leaving children in a daycare facility. That is why I'm asking for your assistance. If you believe you might be able to babysit, I will drop them off at your house on Monday morning. They are quite laid back and get along with everyone, but they adore you in particular. They don't particularly like vegetables, but they do enjoy fruits and grains, so that's something about their eating habits. So you shouldn't have any trouble feeding them throughout the day. Additionally, you won't have to stress about keeping them occupied. They spend their free time playing video games or watching TV. You might consider taking them for a stroll in the evening. I'll be in town again on Thursday evening and will pick them up from your house on my way home from the airport. I hope you don't mind helping me out with this.
Many Thanks,
John

Dear Pauline,
How are you doing? I hope everything is going well for you and your family. You'll be happy to hear that I'm travelling to Australia to close a business deal. Nevertheless, due to their exams, I'm afraid I can't bring my kids with me. When I was thinking about their babysitting last night, I don't think anyone can do this job better than you. Would you be willing to watch my children while I go for seven days?
As you are their favourite aunt, you know how calm and at ease my children are with you. But like other kids, Ethan and Emily have certain eating preferences. They enjoy fish like salmon, sardines, and tuna, to mention a few. Fruits are another favourite food of theirs. Emily has a chocolate addiction, which is bad for her teeth. So, please be cautious. Furthermore, you don't need to worry about their free time. They both enjoy watching cartoons and playing video games, so they usually spend their free time doing one of those things.
I'll drop them off at your house on Sunday at noon and intend to pick them up on Monday evening. I hope you don't mind doing me a favour. I look forward to seeing you soon.
With best wishes,
Sebastian

Dear Rahi,
I'm writing to seek your support in watching my kids while I'm away on a business trip. As you are aware, I had a very busy year and took many trips, but the majority of them were brief. I have to go for more than 10 days this time, plus I have to visit a different nation.
Like other kids, my kids Helma and Hessam have some preferences. I believe it would be very beneficial if I shared some of this information with you. Unfortunately, my kids don't enjoy milk at all. Instead, they have love for chocolate, which is bad for them, so please be cautious. They enjoy pasta, kebabs, rice, and cheese.
My daughter Helma spends the majority of her time playing with her dolls. She enjoys watching cartoons like Tom and Jerry. Hessam, my son, plays football extremely well and also enjoys riding a bike.
I'm leaving on Friday and returning on Tuesday. I'm not precisely sure what time I'll be there. Therefore, I will pick them up in the late afternoon, around six o'clock. Do you think that this time is favourable or not? Thank you so much; I'll see you soon.
Yours truly,
Mahi
