Model Answer 1

Dear Sir,

I hope all is well with you and your family. I'm Mark Thomas, a former pupil of yours, and I'm writing to ask for your support in applying for a job. I'm hoping you'll write a letter of recommendation for me that my potential employer would accept.

I'm happy to let you know that I'm submitting a job application to Morgan's Incorporation. This is my ideal job, and I know that working for a renowned organisation like Morgan's Incorporation will help me further my career and earn useful experience.

A recommendation letter from a well-known individual from my school who has words matter is one of the conditions for applying for this position. I don't know many individuals here who are deserving of such a recommendation because I'm an international student. I would really appreciate it if you could write me a reference letter, which would need to include some basic information about me. These are my education, and why I could be a good fit for a junior executive job in a multinational corporation. This letter must be received by the firm before the end of July.

I'd like to ask that you send me the letter as soon as possible. You will owe me a debt of gratitude for the favour.

Yours Faithfully,
George

Model Answer 2

Dear Mr. Johnson,

I hope this letter finds you happy and well. I am a student of yours at the high school where, around 12 years ago, you were a chemistry teacher. I'm aware that it has been a while since we spoke, but right now I really need your assistance in helping me land the job that I have always desired. I'm writing to you now to request a letter of recommendation from you.

I need that letter of recommendation since I'm seeking the post of Manager at a well-known, global hotel chain. By the way, the reason I'm so desperate for this job is that it would enable me to travel the world and pursue my long-held dream of working in the hotel sector.

Please provide a letter of recommendation for me that details my character as a student. Further, how long you've known me, and whether or not I've engaged in any anti-social behaviour. Please don't forget to mention that I spent a significant amount of time leading the debate team at my high school.

I want to say thank you.

Yours Faithfully,
Brian

Dear Mr. Paulson,

In this letter, I'm requesting your willingness to provide a reference letter in support of my job application. I was one of your former students in the class of 2016.

Since finishing my studies, I have been looking for work. Now that I have been selected for an interview at a reputable software business, I must submit a letter of recommendation from a previous professor. I believed that you were the best candidate for this position since you are the only one who truly understands my strengths and flaws.

The job description is exactly what I've been looking for. I'll be a Java developer at my job. As you are aware, Java has always been a love of mine, and this chance will allow me to begin a career in the area I have always desired. They also provide competitive compensation along with other benefits and bonuses.

I would like you to highlight my positive qualities, such as my aptitude for learning rapidly, my timeliness, and my excitement. In addition to my academic abilities, if you decide to write a reference letter for me.

I appreciate your thoughts and time.

I'm interested in hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,
Louis
