Dear Sir/Mam,
To report missing property, I'm writing to you. On December 30, 2017, I was riding the Pandian Express in lower berth seat number 5A/C from Chennai to Madurai. My name is XYZ. At 10:00 p.m., I stepped into the train at the Chennai train station.
When I got home, I discovered that my laptop bag had a damaged zip and that my wallet and phone were taken. My wallet was a dark mocha hue. I kept some cash, my driver's licence, and my Aadhar card inside, and it had a push lock. My phone is a gold-colored iPhone 6S that has a number lock on it. When I was sleeping, I kept the bag and my belongings under the seat.
I would appreciate it if you could please ask your security personnel and cleaners to examine the cabin carefully. And make sure that the things are either in the train or in the station. Maybe it would be wise for you to look at the CCTV footage. My clothing was a yellow salwar kameez. I've included a photo of myself with their letter so you can quickly recognise me.
It would be great to hear from you. You may reach me at any moment by dialling 009452857.
I appreciate your time and help in advance.
Yours Faithfully,
Raghavan

Dear Sir/Mam,
Regarding my luggage that was misplaced on May 2, 2022, at the Navjivan express, I'm writing this letter. I took coach S4 from Chennai to Anand, and seat 45 was assigned to me. Unfortunately, I discovered that my flight luggage was gone just before Salem was about to arrive.
I yelled and warned other people about the missing suitcase, but nobody could provide any specific information. I was quite unhappy at the time since the travel bag I had misplaced had all of my credentials for schooling and experience. I went to Anand for an interview and was successful in passing as well.
I must provide my original credentials as soon as possible to finish the company's joining procedures. Although I requested copies of my certificates from my institutions and former employers, I think a brief check by the Railways would assist me find my suitcase.
I want to hear from you.
Yours faithfully, Umesh

Dear Sir/Mam,
I'm writing to let you know that yesterday, after taking the Rajdhani Express from the New Delhi Railway Station to Mumbai. I arrived at my hotel only to discover that my luggage, which included crucial paperwork, was gone. I need your assistance in tracking down the lost luggage, therefore I'd want to complain to you about it.
It was a medium-sized, black suitcase with two zip compartments; the inside compartment housed my degree credentials. These are necessary for my interview next week, and the one on the outside contained crucial keys.
My seat was A10 on the lowest rung of the aircraft's air conditioning. because the seat was beside a window. I consequently kept my briefcase next to the window and at my side. I should have picked it up when I got up from my seat to exit the Mumbai Railway Station.
Please search your lost and found section for my briefcase, and if you locate it, please get in touch with me at my cell phone number, 427025729.
I look forward to hearing from you shortly.
Yours Sincerely,
Jagjivan
