Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm writing to let you know that I recently misplaced a phone that was insured while on vacation in Pondicherry. I paid around 95,000 rupees for an Apple iPhone 12 at the time. I'm hoping to receive the insurance funds since your organisation provides insurance for my mobile phone.
The incident occurred during my vacation in Pondicherry from May 26 to May 29, 2021. On August 28, I misplaced my cellphone in the sand while at Paradise Beach. For over an hour, I looked everywhere for the item, but I couldn't find it.
My FIR was promptly filed at the neighbourhood police station, and its registration number is CH-25470145.
I want to make a claim for insurance payout for the lost phone because I have coverage for the mobile phone. I am entitled to make a claim for an insurance refund for the lost property in the amount of $85,000 in accordance with the insurance policies. Please find attached the invoice and a copy of the FIR for the misplaced cell phone.
I'd appreciate it if you could deposit the funds into my account. I eagerly await your response.
Sincerely,
Akash

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm writing to let you know that during my vacation in Perth, I misplaced my professional Canon camera. And I'd like to file a claim with my insurance company for the missing item. My insurance number is 25478410, and I recently took advantage of one of your insurance services.
Between June 18 and June 24, my family and I spent time in Perth, and I took a tonne of incredible photos during that time. Fortunately, I uploaded every photo to my cloud storage. I recall that we took our final shot at the hotel's entrance before departing for the airport. I was searching for my camera to record the final seconds of our adventure, but I was unsuccessful. I asked the hotel employees to check where we last took the picture in case they could discover it, but they were unable to.
I am qualified to get coverage for the lost item under the terms of my travel insurance. The camera was a Canon UX-324 model, which is difficult to get due to strong demand. As it was a relatively new camera, I would like to make a claim for the purchase price. If you could put the money into my account, that would be great. I hope to hear from you shortly.
Yours faithfully,
Ryan

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm writing to submit a claim for my travel insurance coverage with the identification number czg98. During my most recent journey to New Delhi, I misplaced my Rolex watch. My name is XYZ, and I purchased this insurance plan in advance of my trip.
For your knowledge, the insurance covers the cost of any item lost while travelling.
I checked into the five-star hotel the day after I arrived in New Delhi, which was on April 10. I went swimming in the pool later that night. I took off my watch and set it down on the poolside table before getting in the water. But when I came out of the water 30 minutes later, I discovered that it was gone.
The hotel staff were quickly informed, but they were unable to locate my watch. So I called the police and reported it. I have annotated this letter with copies of the FIR and the invoice.
I kindly ask that you approve my claim and pay me the full value of the watch because the watch is covered by insurance. Call me at this number if you need any other information: 01432567654. I appreciate your assistance and time. I anticipate your response.
Sincerely,
Karthik
