Model Answer 1

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing to you to complain about yesterday's unsatisfactory service and the rudeness of one of your drivers. I'm hoping you'll take the appropriate action to ensure that no other passenger experiences the same humiliation as yesterday. My name is XYZ, and I frequently utilise your bus service to get to and from work. Even though I've always appreciated riding your buses, yesterday was different.

I got on one of your buses at the Thane bus station in the late afternoon, approximately 6.30 pm. I was on my way home from work. The bus was packed as usual, but that wasn't much of a problem. I'm used to riding crowded buses to get about. It was the driver's poor behaviour and disregard for the law that caused the issue. In addition to going over the speed limit, the driver yelled at the passengers who pleaded with him to drive cautiously.

In order to prevent this driver from making the same error again, I kindly ask you to take the proper measures against him. As you are aware, his actions could lead to accidents as well as harm your company's reputation. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
Jay

Model Answer 2

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing to express my displeasure with the horrible travel experience I had last Sunday and the inappropriate employee behaviour. In order to ensure that this never happens to another consumer, I hope you will take the appropriate action.

Since I arrived to Montreal, I have been a customer of yours for more than 3 years, and I have never experienced any problems with your services. However, I encountered some unpleasant circumstances last Sunday as I was travelling from Ottawa to Montreal.

The driver's conduct toward the passengers was incorrect to begin with since when your clients questioned the driver about the length of the trip. The driver treated them disrespectfully. Additionally, I noticed the bus occasionally crossing lanes illegally and the driver using a telephone while I was driving.

Moving on, there are some changes I would want to see. I would like to see the drivers trained to have a more client-focused attitude and cameras installed to prevent the usage of phones by the drivers.

I eagerly await information on how these issues will be resolved. I appreciate your consideration.

Sincerely,
Tom

Model Answer 3

Dear Sir/Madaam,

I am a citizen of Oakville City, and I am sending this letter to express my concerns about a bus driver's act of misconduct. It occurred on Tuesday at around 3:30 pm while I was travelling on route #341 from West Broadway to Waterfront. The driver's treatment of the passengers was inappropriate.

When I boarded the bus at stop #243, I was joined by a woman in a wheelchair.

The disabled woman needed assistance getting onto the bus when it arrived by having the bus ramp lowered. The driver, however, resisted and yelled at her. In addition, he began driving dangerously and faster than the speed limit following this sad incident, risking the lives of every passenger. For his inappropriate attitude and driving,

I request that your organisation take serious action against the negligent driver. To ensure that this does not occur again, in my opinion, he should be suspended right now. I sincerely hope you will pay close attention to this situation right now and take the necessary steps. I'm looking forward to reading how this action will be handled. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Catherine
