Model Answer 1

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently visited your museum with my grandmother. We were very excited to explore the rich heritage and past. My grandmother and I love museums. However, our experience was not good.

As my grandmother is in her seventies. She is unable to stand or walk for a longer duration than half an hour. I was sure that there will be wheelchairs for elder visitors. We were disappointed to find out that there were no wheelchairs or elevators. We explored the ground floor but there was nothing to go upstairs. And my grandmother can not climb stairs. So we went back home.

I would like to recommend having wheelchair facilities for the elders and disabled. It will enable them to have a good time and to explore. It makes them feel equal to everyone and it enables them to explore freely with comfort. There must be a medical team as well. It will ensure safety for all.

Also, there must be elevators or escalators for going upstairs.

I hope my recommendations will be paid attention to. Let me know when wheelchairs would be available. Me and my grandmother would love to visit again.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,
Poonam

Model Answer 2

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my discomfort and problems faced during a visit to your museum. I visited with my grandfather. We both were excited by the exhibits in the museum. We both like to explore new museums and to explore rich heritage. But our experience didn't turn out to be great.

As my grandfather is in his sixties. It is difficult for him to walk or stand for a longer duration. We were sure that wheelchairs would be provided for elders. But we were disappointed by the unavailability of such facilities. There were no wheelchairs for the disabled and elders. Also, there were no elevators or escalators for exploring the floors above. As your museum is very famous and popular, we didn't expect such inadequate facilities.

Also, there were no drinking water facilities. Elders generally get thirsty while walking. I searched for water but there wasn't any. I would like to recommend a few changes. There must be wheelchair facilities for elders and disabled. So that they can explore the beauty of the museum. It will attract more visitors. Also, there must be drinking water for visitors.

I hope immediate attention will be paid to my recommendations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,
Kamini

Model Answer 3

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my discontent with a visit to your museum. As your museum is very popular for the amazing artefacts and exhibits. I visited there with my maternal grandfather. We love exploring different museums. We had really great expectations. We were very excited to visit. But our experience was very disappointing.

My maternal grandfather is in his seventies. It is very difficult for them to stand or walk for a longer duration of time. We were expecting wheelchairs. But there was no wheelchair facility for the elders and disabled. There was no medical team either. The needs and facilities for elders and disabled must be taken care of. They must not feel alienated from society. They must be given comfort and facilities to enjoy too.

There were no elevators for going upstairs. And it was difficult to use the stairs. So we went back home. I would like you to pay immediate attention to this matter. There must be wheelchairs as well as elevators or escalators. There must be a medical team to Let me know when the wheelchairs would be made available. We would like to visit the museum.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Sincerely,
Shantanu
