Model Answer 1

Dear Mr. Lorris,

I am Flora Laurence. I felt delighted by my approval for the part-time telecaller in your company. I joined three weeks ago. As I was selected as a counsellor telecaller for the educational courses team. I felt happy because I am from a psychology background. The profile not only matched my skills but also it gave me an opportunity to acquire experience.

But I am facing some problems and issues lately. As in the profile, it was clearly mentioned that i would not be provided more than 80 data per data. But the first 2-3 days went great. After that my allocation manager started allocating 120 data per day. It has become difficult for me to call 120 data per day. Also, the stipend provided was not reasonable. But i accepted it because i thought 80 data would be fine. But now I am over pressured by the workload. Also, the other new hired telecallers are facing the same problem as well. I am very disappointed by the workload pressure is facing.

I would like to request you to please look into the matter. Otherwise, I might have to resign for the post. I hope some action will be taken regarding the matter.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,
Flora

Dear Ms. Julie,

I am Ginny. I have been approved for the profile of receptionist in your Blue heaven hotel. I was delighted by my selection. I always wanted to stay as a receptionist. It would help me gain experience for my future career. Also, I wanted to be financially independent and stable. So it turned out to be a great opportunity for me.

However, I am struggling with some issues lately. I would like to draw your immediate attention for the same. I and Maxine, also a new employee, work at nights. But we were only appointed for the day shift and for the night shifts other two employees are responsible. But now, we have to handle the night shifts because the other two employees take leave everyday. Leaving us both to handle the reception. It becomes difficult for us to handle the guests, especially on weekends. Also, we are getting a lot of complaints about the electricity issue faced by our guests. Many guests have been complaining lately about the light fluctuations and electricity issue. I have discussed this with the senior receptionist. But he has not taken any action regarding the matter.

I would like to request you to look into the matter and take an immediate action. I hope you will understand the workload pressure I am facing.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,
Ginny

Model Answer 3

Dear Ms. Rashmika,

I am Lilly. I have been appointed as a part-time editor for your company. I am very thankful for considering being capable of handling the role. I like writing and editing content. I wanted to get some experience before starting something big. Also, it was a great opportunity for me to become financially stable and meet my expenses.

But, I am facing some issues lately. As mentioned in the job profile, my duty is to edit a maximum of 5 articles per day. Editing takes time. As I have to look up for grammatical errors and plagiarism factors and many more. I was able to edit 5 articles per day. But suddenly my allocating manager started allocating me 7-8 articles per day. It has become very difficult for me to edit the articles. Also, due to an increased number of allocations I have to work in extra shifts and late night shifts. It is affecting my health. When I talked with the allocation manager, he ignored the matter.

I would like to request you to please take immediate action regarding this matter. Because it is making me unmotivated and I might end up resigning from the post. I hope you understand the problem. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Sincerely,
Lilly
