Model Answer 1:

Dear Mr. Ray,

I'm John Smith, and I've been a renter of yours for quite some time, and I've always paid my rent on time. This time, however, I respectfully beg that you allow me to pay the rent late for the month of November.

My extended sickness has put me in a financial bind. I was hospitalized for an unknown sickness and missed work for eighteen days in a row. My monthly income has significantly decreased as a result of my absence from the office. Furthermore, my finances have been depleted due to medical expenses. As a result, I'm running low on readies. I'm concerned I won't be able to pay the rent on time in November, and I'd want to know whether an extension is feasible. I am certain that I will be able to pay your rent by the 28th of this month. As a result, I would like to request that you enable me to pay the rent before the 28th of the month, rather than the 7th, as I typically do. I would be thankful for your time and attention in this matter, and I eagerly await your response.

I hope you will grant me this first-time extension due to my past good rental record. I can promise you that I will be able to pay the rent, plus any late fines incurred as a result of the late payment.

Your early response is really appreciated. If there is a problem, please contact me at +02-hghhfhf.

Sincerely yours

Model Answer 2

Mr. Dhoni,

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for all you have done for

I'm writing to urge you to give me a little more time to pay the rent.

As you are aware, I have been your renter for the past 10 years and have always paid the rent on time. I've never been a bother to you or the others around you. I anticipate you to graciously collaborate with me in this scenario because of the warmth of our relationship. My wife had to deliver a preterm baby last month due to some unknown medical complications, and we had to spend a significant sum for the operation. In addition, I must remain at home to care for my wife and child. In addition, my food shop has been closed for more than a month, causing us to accrue even more debt. These two misfortunes have thrown our life into disarray. Aside from that, I am anticipating financial assistance from a wealthy cousin. I appreciate your patience with my circumstance, and I apologize for the unintended rent payment delay.

Next month, I pledge to pay all past dues together with the new month's rent. Your help will be much appreciated during these trying times.

I really anticipate receiving a good response as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Model Answer 3:

Greetings, Mr. Jugad!

I'm writing to ask for your permission to pay my rent later this month

I've been your tenant for several years, and as you know, I've always paid my rent on time. However, I am now experiencing some financial difficulties.

Because the firm where I work is going down, I was obliged to look for a new job last month. In addition, I used up all of my funds for my younger brother's engineering education. To make matters worse, I have not received a wage for the past two months due to the company's closure, leaving me cash-strapped this month.

However, I have now secured a new job, and they have graciously agreed to offer me a pay advance. Aside from that, I'm expecting financial assistance from a wealthy cousin in the near future. I appreciate your consideration of my circumstances, and I apologize profusely for the unintended delay in paying the monthly rent. As a result, you may be assured that I will pay the rent on the 15th of next month. I hope this is okay with you, but please let me know if there are any issues.

Thank you very much.

Warm regards,
