Dear Dr. Morris,

I am very delighted and grateful for the excellent care you provided my mother. My mother was admitted to your hospital from June 12th to June 20th. She was admitted in ward 2b. She was facing difficulties while breathing. I was very worried about her condition. She was facing the same difficulty from the last few months. I have taken her to 2-3 doctors but no medicine and treatment worked. But I admitted her to your hospital and now she is in good health.

I am writing this letter to thank you for your excellent care and services. The hospital maintained hygiene. Also the other physicians taking care of my mother also motivated her. Which helped her to recover soon. I feel very grateful for saving her life and for curing her.

Now she is breathing normally and she feels more active than ever. She feels more energetic. The medicines provided to my mother are also helping her recover faster.

I feel proud and delighted by the services your hospital provided. The Doctor is considered to be an incarnation of God. And I believe it too.

Thank you for your services and excellent caring. I am very grateful to you.
