Hello Sir,
It is in reference to a recent interview that I attended for the role of Software Engineer in your company. I was interviewed by Mr. Gulati, who introduced himself as the team leader of the insurance team- the project which matched my job profile.
I believe my interview went well as I answered all the questions correctly. I was confident with all the answers and was able to impress the interviewer with my good communication skills. My interview went on for 40 minutes and in the end, the interviewer complimented me for my communication skills and vast knowledge of the respective domain.
It has been more than a week since I gave my interview and I am still waiting for the result from the company’s end. It would be a great help if you could respond back with the result as I am eagerly looking for a job and am ready to join this month.
I am looking forward to your positive response and establishing a long-standing relationship with the company.
Yours sincerely,
Anchal

Hello Mam,
It gives me great pleasure that I got a chance to interview for a job role at your company. Last week I interviewed for the position of Project Manager in the finance department. I was interviewed by Mr. Banerjee and Mr. Gupta, who introduced themselves as the head manager and the project manager ( banking vertical) of the company.
As it has been days since I heard back, I am writing this letter to request an update on the same. Additionally, I would like to state that my interview went extremely well as I answered confidently and was able to impress the interviewers.
I would also further like to add that my job profile correctly matches the role that you are looking for currently. I have almost 6 years of experience in the field and can be a beneficial addition to your company.
Owing to my prior experience, skills, and in addition to a good interview, I request you to kindly update me with the response. It has been quite some time now but I haven't heard back anything from the company’s end. As I am currently unemployed and seeking jobs a positive response from your end would be a great help.
Looking forward to your acknowledgement.
Yours Sincerely,
Dharmesh

Hello Sir,
My name is Swara. I am actively seeking jobs currently due to the unpredictable layoff from my company. On 3rd March I interviewed for the role of a Business analyst at your company. I was interviewed by Mrs. Gupta, who is a Project Manager of the Finance team at your company.
Mrs. Gupta and I had a long discussion about the job role and the interview went on for about an hour. My interview with Mrs. Gupta entailed a discussion of my experience, the projects I have worked on, and some case studies.
I believe the interview went really well. As I have a prior experience of 7 years of working as a business analyst, I was able to answer all her questions correctly. I was extremely calm, honest, and confident during the entire interview. At the end of the interview, Mrs. Gupta appreciated my honesty and complimented my self-confidence. Also, she was extremely happy with all the answers that I had given.
However, it has now almost been ten days, but I haven't received a response from the interviewer. It would be a great help if you could let me know the result as soon as possible. I am willing to join immediately as I do not have to serve the notice period of the previous employer due to the layoff.
I am looking forward to your positive response.
Yours Sincerely,
Mridula.
