Model Answer 1
Dear Sir/Mam,
Regarding your newspaper ad, I'm writing you this letter to see whether I might be of assistance. I want to draw your attention to a critical problem in my district.
Unfortunately, the Roxy Square in Masr EL-Gedida is becoming increasingly dirty as a result of the accumulation of waste. I stopped going to the square because of the awful scene there. I propose that in order to address this problem, I aim to start a public awareness campaign to discourage littering in the plaza. I want to use posters and social media to educate people about the negative effects of trash disposal in parks. In addition, I would be pleased to pick up the trash so that the plaza may be cleaned. I believe that more trash cans ought to be put there in order to permanently solve the issue. Additionally, the neighbourhood council or police should issue fines to offenders for littering.
I hope this helps us improve and clean up the environment here. I'm interested in hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
David James

Model Answer 2
Dear Sir/Mam,
In response to your advertisement that appeared in the Mumbai Mirror on November 21st, I am writing to you. I'm writing because I've always been quite passionate about the need to safeguard the environment. In reality, I already volunteer for an NGO that promotes the preservation of the environment and wildlife.
I reside in a bustling neighbourhood with a significant environmental pollution issue. One cannot even take a stroll down the streets due to the dust and smoke. Another serious issue is the amount of trash that is tossed into every nook and cranny of the city. They contribute significantly to the spread of disease, attract insects, and make the environment dirty.
I can contribute to raising awareness of the need to safeguard the environment by volunteering for the initiative. Schools and colleges, in my opinion, are excellent starting points for raising awareness. I can recruit my friends to the effort and help form an action council. And I can begin whenever I want because I don't currently have any other obligations.
I'm interested in hearing from you.
Yours Faithfully,
Vishwa
Model Answer 3
Dear Sir/Mam,
I'm writing in response to the local newspaper ad that appeared yesterday seeking volunteers to help with local environmental projects.
The lack of trees in the vicinity of Model Town is something I wish to bring to your attention. The neighbourhood was once lush and green, but the building has turned it into a concrete jungle. The area needs trees, which not only keep inner streets shaded during the summer, But are also essential to lowering the rising level of hazardous pollutants nearby.
I'm an environmental conservation officer for the Chandigarh Forest Department. I want to contribute by offering trees for the locality's needed plantation. Additionally, I am connected to a number of NGOs and organisations and can offer volunteers who are eager to work for the environment.
The local government is expected to regularly monitor the illegal tree cutting and punish offenders who engage in such malpractices. Additionally, fencing is required to safeguard every single newly planted sapling. I'm hoping you'll take my request under consideration and accept it as soon as possible.
I'm hoping for a favourable reaction.
Yours faithfully,
Peter
