Topic: You want to hold a surprise party for a friend who is visiting his hometown after a long time from a foreign country. Write a letter to a common friend asking for his help in organizing the party and in your letter:

Dear ABC
Hope you are doing well at your place. I am writing this letter to inform you that our best friend XYZ is visiting India after so long. She will stay here for the next one month. I am really excited to meet her after so many years. To express my happiness, I want to organize a surprise party for her at my home. It would be really great if we plan this party together.
I am thinking of arranging this party next week. This week, we can make all the arrangements, pack the gifts, and decide the theme of the party and all the decorations. We can also invite our other friends and can plan some games to add more fun to the party.
We can sit together tomorrow and can plan about all these things and can start preparing for it. I was also planning to prepare a welcome dance for her. It will be great fun for all of us and will make more and more memories together.

We can arrange this party at my home next week. I was thinking of baking a cake for her welcome to India after so long and can make this a theme party. It would be really fun if we are successful in arranging this party. We both can meet tomorrow and can make more plans for this get- together.

I am really excited to meet her and have decided to arrange a small party for her to come back to India and the success she got in her life. I was having some ideas for the party in my mind and thought to share it with you, so that we can make this party successful and enjoyable. We can make it a theme party and can plan according to it. We can arrange the décor material, gifts, food items and some fancy stuff to make this party look more beautiful. It will give us a beautiful background to capture more and more photographs.
Let’s meet together and share more ideas with each other to make this party a success. I want to make these moments memorable with both of you.
