Dear Mr. Jones,

It was a pleasure meeting you and your team. As we met in the entrepreneurial seminar. I loved the product details and the ideas to advertise it. It was a great opportunity to get to know about your services and brilliant ideas. I look forward to meeting you personally and know more about your company.

However, I am writing this letter to inform you about a Brown coat left here. I assume that it belongs to someone from your company as it has the logo of the company. Also, I saw everyone on your team wearing the same coat in the seminar. So, someone might have forgotten it here. I will be sending the coat through a courier at your office address. The person who left the coat can take it from there. There are important documents, money and a purse found in the pocket of the coat. All the essentials will be sent carefully with the coat.

You might receive the coat within 2-3 working days. Let me know when you receive it through email as provided earlier. Also, check if all essentials in the pocket of the coat are available. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
