Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that I am your regular customer of your shipping company. I want to express my dissatisfaction with my last order which was delivered to me a few days back.
Firstly, I want to inform you regarding the delay in shipment of the product. The shipment was from the USA, and it consists of some electronic items. It was supposed to arrive earlier, but there was a delay from your end.
It was okay with me that the product arrived late to me but when I opened it there was physical damage to all my electronic products. They were scratched on the screen of my smartwatch, and one of the AirPods was missing. The seal of the product was opened and then later on, tried to seal as earlier but failed to do so.
Lastly, I request you to replace my items. I believe that you will accept my letter and will understand my dissatisfaction with your company. Moreover, not only did this waste my time, but also it made me upset.

Unfortunately, some important items along with the documents inside the boxes were missing and handled with great carelessness. Although these cartons were packed so properly that any shear cannot harm the items inside it. There were clear labels on top of the boxes where these require handling gently, however , your employees did not care about this.
So , I request you either help me to solve my problem or refund the transfer fees and the items that were damaged by your service . I also expect that this problem will not arise again in future.

Hope you're doing well. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the shipping services provided by your company a few days back. I didn't expect this kind of carelessness from your end.
Let me share the whole issue with you. Last month, I ordered a few items from another country which were delicate to handle during delivery time. I paid extra shipment charges so that my parcel should be handled with great care and waited for these items from the last few days. However, I have recently had those items in very poor condition.
Some of my items are broken and some are missing. When I opened this well packed box, I discovered that the frontal transparent glass was immensely broken, and my hand was hurt because of the small-sized and sharp glass pieces. Moreover, when I turned it on, it did not work and that means I will not be able to repair it.
I am very much disappointed with this issue and I observed that the seal of my package was opened which means someone tried to open it in between. Although I have always been your customer, this was the first time that I got disappointed with your service. Therefore, I am asking for full compensation, and I think it is warranted because my items are expensive.
