• How it can be fixed?

Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing to this company later about the work you did recently at my house in Ambala. I have a problem, let me explain this. I would like to remind you that you came to work three days ago. I hired you to make a water connection at my house. It was supposed to be the main line of water supply from the locality to our house. Also, I clearly requested that the water supply five must be equivalent to distributed in different parts of the house. This way the construction and the plastering of the walls would have remained intact. The water supply got interrupted the last day you made it. The problem hampered the construction work of my house. The laborers are now bringing water from the table nearby. This is delaying the construction work, as well as costing me time and money. Please visit my house to rectify the problem. I think that the connection between the main line and the lines in my house must be rejected. You can either dig up a road nearby my house and repair it to make a new connection. I hope you will be a little more careful next time in the future. Making a new connection and re-checking it the next day would ensure the quality of your work.

Dear Mr. Brown,

I am writing this letter to complain about the water leakage issue at my house. I called you for the service a week ago, which was done but there is some issue again.

When the water drainage outlet was installed throughout the house, the terrace was missed. Due to this negligence, the water during the rain accumulated on our terrace. Hence now it is dripping from the ceiling of our room. This tripping of water is ruining my furniture. The paint is removed from the ceiling, even the walls have salt water. I would really appreciate it if you come to my house to rectify this issue. You can install an outlet for the water system on the terrace.

As an experienced Plumber like you, I had not expected such a nuisance. Hen I would expect you to correct this blunder, which is going to cost me extra for the paint and furniture. Please be careful with your next projects and do go for inspections after your work. Considering this to be a rainy season, this scenario may happen again. Hence please visit our house the soonest and save us from the trouble.

I am writing this letter to complain about the recent work you have done in my house. I hired you to meet a new water connection for my kitchen, from the mean what is lines. I requested you to lay down the water pipes from the garden so that we can use them to water our plants in the future as well. However, the water supply got interrupted the day after you walked. The connection has been hampered due to the leakage of the pipe. I believe the pipe you have supplied is not of good quality, hence could not bear the water pressure. It is difficult for us to work in the kitchen without water.

Can you please visit my place to rectify the problem? I believe that the pipes must be changed with a better quality one so that we don’t face the same problem again. I also believe that you must go for re-checking your work to ensure quality.
