Model Answer 1

Nowadays, more and more women are being hired in several formerly male-dominated businesses as a result of the prominence of the feminist movement. In this essay, I'll talk about the factors that led to this transition and why I think it's a blessing rather than a curse. This trend is aided by numerous causes.
More specifically, as more women pursue higher education, they are now able to work for many professions. Such as engineers, scientists, and lawyers in some organisations thanks to the professional skills they have developed. A few decades ago, the majority of tasks were done by hand, which put males in a position of advantage because of their generally stronger bodies. Contrarily, the vast bulk of manual tasks are now carried out by machines. And workers are required to have expertise in operating these mechanics rather than physical strength, which puts women on par with their male counterparts.
This change has had a good impact on both women and their families. Due to their propensity for attention to detail, women are more likely to succeed than males in careers such as science or medicine. A notable example is a scientist named Madame Curie, who credited her discovery of the element Ra. She noticed a small difference in their everyday study findings. Ultimately, she discovered the component and achieved a breakthrough in their research by concentrating on these divergences and conducting in-depth research. Additionally, women's traditional roles were limited to those of housewives, who did not pay any wages. As a result, their families were dependent on the income of their husbands. But in modern times, the combined income of husbands and wives enables them to live better.
In conclusion, a number of factors have influenced the rise of women in traditionally male-dominated fields. Their education is one of the most important factors, likewise the creation of technologies that do away with manual labour.

Model Answer 2

The reasons why women are taking on roles that were traditionally filled by men are currently the subject of a heated debate. This essay will look at some of the underlying factors behind this trend and will also give my view on it.
Globalisation is the fundamental cause of this new behaviour. People are more connected than ever nowadays, which allows for the transmission of information anywhere. As a result, it is very normal to see women engaging in activities that society was previously not used to seeing. For instance, some jobs, such as bus drivers, which were formerly primarily held by men, require a new workforce. However, it is common to find that women welcome taking on these types of jobs. Mainly because they are no longer subject to harassment for being female and their rights are the same as those of men.
Another indication of why there are more women performing these tasks now is the development of society. In recent decades, both the workplace and social norms have altered in ways that are more favourable to women. People now think differently as a result, and the world now demands a less traditional society. The flourishing of humans would suffer severely if the world had not changed. In order to avoid consequences like the earth's extinction, it is known that there are more women than men in the globe. This implies that the environment in various atmospheres tends to change in accordance with each new chapter of history.
There are a few reasons why women have been more accepted in the workforce, to sum up. The most significant of these is globalisation. It led to the construction of bridges for human evolution as well as a new assessment of society. Because people now have different perspectives on this issue.

In certain locations, women are increasingly requesting jobs with a male preponderance. This essay will first analyse the reason for the shift in trend. And it further agrees that women working in traditionally male-dominated fields are advantageous. As it will ensure that positions are given to deserving individuals regardless of gender. This will be followed by a well-reasoned conclusion.
The main reason why women are taking careers that have traditionally been held by men is that society's perspectives have changed. Earlier, people had the view that women should only get married and take care of the family. As a result, they were not encouraged to pursue an education.
However, as time has passed, ladies are now treated equally to their male counterparts. They are urged to launch prosperous careers in addition to finishing their post-graduation studies. Women apply for careers that were once thought to be suitable for men because they believe they are equal to men. A recent report by The Times in March 2017 revealed that more than 80% of females are assuming roles that have historically been filled by men.
This occurrence is seen as a good thing because it means that there won't be any gender inequality in the workplace. In other words, job openings at the organisation are made available to applicants regardless of their gender based on their degree of education. This means that women can apply for positions that have typically been filled by men and may even be chosen based on their credentials and areas of competence. A recent survey by The New York Times revealed that the ratio of women working in sales and marketing roles that were usually held by men has increased to 60%.
In conclusion, women are getting jobs that are traditionally held by men, since society views girls and boys equally. I wholeheartedly concur that it is a successful and positive development because it gives men and women equal chances.
