I come from St. Petersburg, Russia. This is a very beautiful city that attracts people every year. My best friend is moving here after she graduates. She found a job and asked me to help her find an apartment. Knowing her very well, I think I can list most of the things she likes and dislikes about in my town.

First of all, I think she would like museums, theaters, cinemas, etc. My friend comes from a small town so she can't enjoy all these benefits in her hometown. Second, it seems to me that she would appreciate the way the people here live. The pace of life here is much faster than in a small town. People are always in a hurry, they try to catch the bus, then they run to the nearest metro station, go to the office, meet new people, etc. Also, I think my friend will like the people here. They are very friendly and willing to help those who need it.

Unfortunately, my friend probably won't like that thing. Because there are many cars and factories, the air here is polluted. Another thing she definitely won't like is the weather. It's quite humid here. But I think she will also like the public transportation here. Bus service numbers, run by the government, operate quite frequently. If someone is in a hurry, they can take a taxi, which is also quite cheap and a good means of transportation. In short, I believe that despite all the above-mentioned disadvantages, she will love this city.
