Walking Speaking Part 1 has questions related to walking. IELTS speaking is designed to examine a candidate’s pronunciation, fluency, grammar, and vocabulary. Answer: Yes, I do enjoy walking sometimes in the morning and evening. It is the best part of my whole day and what I do after I wake up. Walking helps me feel refreshed to organize my thoughts with a walk.

Answer: Yes, the city I live in has a lot of parks. Hence, I have ample space to walk on. These parks also do have the basic exercise equipment that one can give you for free. City life encourages people to be health-conscious. hence, the need for places to walk is required in cities.

Answer: Yes, people in our country walk a lot. Especially the older generation goes for a walk in the morning and evening. I have seen people assisting others to walk.

Question 4. Describe a walk you take regularly
Answer: I remember when in college, we often had tight deadlines. That meant we had to work through the nights. It was exhausting to keep up. However, no matter how stressful of a day it was, I managed to go for a walk. I almost always would have company. There were days my friend and I would walk almost 5kms without even realizing it. It was the most thrilling part of the day. The weather in the city I live in is pleasant and perfect for a walk. The summers had the perfect amount of sunlight that made me wish those days would never end. On days I walked solo, I would carry my iPod in hand and walk in absolute bliss. The solitude brought about a sense of calm and peace that made the day brilliant no matter how stressful of a day it was. I paid attention to the chirping birds, the chitter-chatter amongst people, and the smell of freshly brewed tea by the roadside. A walk not only keeps your health in line but also mentally energizes you.

Answer: Yes, many Chinese folks like going on walks. I sometimes go for walk at night. I notice people coming out of their houses for walks constantly. I believe they do it for the same reason that people in large cities across the world walk: it feels wonderful to come outside after being confined indoors all day. Additionally, strolling through parks provides individuals with a sense of nature in an otherwise concrete environment.

Answer: Walking is healthy for our bodies. Walking is also beneficial to our mental health. In these times when health is to be prioritized, walking can help. All we need is a bit of space. It works to our advantage after a long day of work to organize our thoughts and be at peace.

Question 7. Do you think that playing sports is better for your health than walking?
Answer: Walking and participating in sports are both beneficial to your health. Both enhance your physical health, but athletics does it more effectively. When you play sports, you become more active and your heart rate rises, forcing your body to work more, resulting in more exercise. Walking, on the other hand, is extremely advantageous to your mental health. It's a fantastic way to unwind after a long day at work, and it allows the mind to roam freely. Sports are better for your body if you only consider physical health, but they are equally excellent for your mental health if you consider both.

Answer: People most definitely walked more in the past. There were very limited modes of transportation. The most obvious choice to reach their destinations was walking. This invariably did help their health as well. Our current generation has been obsessed with video games, TV, Netflix, and whatnot. Our lifestyles now evolve around gadgets. We have become indoor couch potatoes with no interest in physical and mental well-being.

Question 9. What is the relationship between standard or living and the amount of walking people do?
Answer: I don't believe that people's walking habits are influenced by their socioeconomic status. When it comes to walking for pleasure, I believe the most important factor is how individuals value their time. Rich, busy individuals and impoverished people who are struggling to make ends meet, for example, are unlikely to have much time to walk. People who prioritise life over money, on the other hand, are more likely to stroll because they want to enjoy themselves once in a while. However, when it comes to all types of walking, wealthy individuals walk less because they can afford alternative forms of transportation.

Question 10. How do you think the government can encourage people to walk more?
Answer: The best way to encourage people to walk more is to build more parts or spaces that encourage people to go on a stroll. Parks with basic exercise equipment will work wonders. Offices can be encouraged to provide incentives to people who are coming to work on foot. It would also reduce fuel consumption if more people choose to walk instead of driving to work.

Question 11. Can you think of any examples where people walk a lot while doing their jobs?
Answer: Many postal workers, obviously, must walk their routes in order to deliver the mail. However, I can't think of many other occupations that need a lot of walking: The finest examples of these professions are various types of delivery men and waiters and waitresses. Aside from that, I don't believe corporations need employees to walk. It is more cost-effective for them to either stay in one location or travel by other means.
