It is evident from the graph that in few of the countries, the growth percentage is immense. Thus, these countries have portrayed a positive development in terms of serving individuals with their deserving salaries. However, the line graph shows several inappropriate curves throughout the span of 10 years. Therefore, it can be concluded that the growth hasn’t been achieved with a stable progress.

As can be seen from the figures, growth was only 2% in 1993 but doubled quickly in 1994. In 1995, the number dropped to 3%, and from there, a slow rebound brought it back to around 4% until 1997. Additionally, 1998 was an intriguing year because it marked the peak wage percentage of 6%.

As we proceed to the remaining years, we can see that the salary rate has fallen much more quickly than it did in the years before. Although the growth eventually recovered to 2%, salaries in 2002 experienced their lowest growth of about 1%.

The graph clearly shows that in a small number of countries, the percentage increase is enormous. As a result, these nations have shown positive growth in terms of providing people with their just incomes. However, over the course of ten years, the line graph displays a number of incorrect curves. Therefore, it is clear that growth wasn't attained through a steady progression.

The increase begins in 1993 at 2%, but it doesn't linger there for very long before it doubles quickly in 1994. In subsequent years, the percentages decreased to three percent in 1995, remained constant for a year. Then began to progressively increase until reaching slightly under four percent in 1997. The strongest year, when wages reached a six percent peak, was 1998.

But starting in 1998, earnings started to fall almost yearly. After just one year, the percentage falls to little under three percent, where it remains until the year 2000. The earnings grew by just 1% at their slowest pace in 2002. Fortunately, growth increased in 2003 to just under 2%.

Overall, it is clear that throughout a ten-year period, the growth rate in several countries has seen notable variations.

Earnings increased by 2% in 1993. 1994, when growth reaches 4%, sees a doubling of it. There will be a fall in earnings over the next two years. The earnings began to slowly increase in 1997 and increased by 4%. When it hit 6 points in 1998, salary growth as a percentage was at its highest. Over the years of 1998 to 1999, salaries saw a significant decrease.

The other five years, however, were noted for an alarming decline. The growth rate decreased by 3% within a year after its high, which was the greatest shift in ten years. From 2000 to 2002, when the growth rate was barely 1%, it continued to decline before improving to 2% in 2003. Another intriguing aspect is that, despite the erratic development pattern, certain countries' wage growth rate remained positive over the course of the period.
