University Student Accomodation

Studio Apartments- Accommodate 1 with a balcony attached. Total number of flats is 90 with a bult in area of 15q m each located in a high rise building with 3 lifts. Basic fittings in the kitchen, a refrigerator, A couch, study table and single bed is provided in the monthly rental of $700. Parking space is not guaranteed but could be provided on first come first serve basis.
Single Room Shared Washroom- Affordable rooms with laundry and washrooms on sharing basis, 1 for every 3 apartments. Kitchen, single bed, study table and chair are provided in a monthly rental of $550. These are a total of 60 flats located in the old campus area. The location is great as it is few minutes' drive from supermarket, bank and cafes. A famous restaurant is just 500 metres away. Students have free access to the old swimming pool and tennis court which is on the backside of this building.
Single Suite- Built in area for these 40 flats is 19q m with washroom and laundry attached. Other facilities such as kitchen, refrigerator, single bed, study table and chair are provided but balcony is not attached. There is a common room in the building which can accommodate 80 people and a theatre with seating capacity of 100. These Suites are located 800 metres away from the academic block and so you can take a walk or can hang out in a café which is 400 metres from the suites. Monthly rental is $850.
Double Suite- These are the most preferred ones because of the availability and also because the rent can be shared between two. Campus has two blocks of double suites with 70 flats each with a built-in area of 25q m per suite. Monthly rent is $800 which can be divided between two. Bunker bed is provided to accommodate both students but each student gets a separate study table and chair. The room has 2 windows which open towards the city main bridge. Kitchen, laundry and washroom are attached but you have to pay separately for refrigerator.
Modern Flats- Spacious one-bedroom apartments, beautifully furnished, offering a high standard of comfort. A total of 50 flats with a built-in area of 40 sq. m each in a 10-floor building which is located at the left corner of the university campus. This is the new building with latest architecture and a multi-storey parking. Each student gets a private parking space. The building is located in a peaceful location with uninterrupted view of the river and mountains. The monthly rental for this luxurious flat is $1250 which includes everything. The location is great with main road at the backside but it will take you 15 minutes to drive to the academic block. Swimming pool and Gym are available in the basement but the charges are extra.
