For the majority of individuals, travelling is now more feasible. People take leaves from companies to travel. The companies also provide vouchers and coupons to individuals who performed exceptionally. In a way, they also promote travel. Since global connections have improved, there are more ways to travel between countries than before. One of the major benefits that people can avail now is that travelling to destinations has become more affordable than at any other time. The primary reason behind this is the entry of multinationals, travel agencies and resorts offering more discounts. Moreover, they offer cheap packages, and thus, tourists are attracted towards it. The Maldives, for instance, has become a place that is visited by thousands of people every day from all over the world. Previously, the Maldives has considered a place locked only for the wealthy ones. Now due to their ‘BOGO’, ‘all in all’ packages tourists have started gaining more access. Another very significant point is, nowadays there is an advanced desire of people to visit the countries and relish the cultures rather than spending on other affluence. They stay in those places for a month or so and work from there while enjoying the destination too.

Presently, people are more inclined towards traveling to unconventional places that present the bohemian cultures in a better way. Moreover, travel and tourism are a part of many countries and add to a huge percentage of GDP. For instance, Tourism provides 30% of Dubai’s national GDP. Tourism has also opened plentiful career opportunities like bloggers, travel writers, trip organizers, and more.

The majority of travel agencies, airlines, hotel chains, and hospitality organisations are attempting to diversify their revenue streams by opening new locations near popular tourist destinations. Their profitability would rise as a result. Most people try to choose travel as their escape when they are working long hours to raise their income and financial capacity. Moreover, travelling to different places allows people to know about different cultures in the form of food, religious places and monuments, etc. Travelling offers people the opportunity to delve into another person’s life. For example, in India, the tourism industry accounts for almost 5% of the GDP while in the UK it accounts for 10% of the GDP. With effective marketing of the travel agencies, hospitality industry as well as travel bloggers, people are motivated to travel. On the other hand, people’s income level is not a constraint like before allowing them to travel to different places.
