To begin with, any growing nation's economic progress is heavily reliant on the tourist industry. As a result, prohibiting tourists would have a negative economic impact. Furthermore, many people rely on the outlets such as restaurants, hotels, and stores that have been established to meet the rising demand of tourists. Thus, barring visitors in specific regions may have an impact on their incomes, which is a requirement for the majority of people. According to former group members, locals prefer to mimic the cultural values of outsiders in order to make them feel at ease, and these, in turn, become habits. However, blaming the visitor for the disappearance of local traditions would not be entirely justified. Youth consume a lot of media, thus they are the ones who influence this generation. Today's children like following the latest trend as seen on television and the internet. On the other side, I feel that the shift in cultural values is unrelated to tourism, and that prohibiting it will result in employment losses.
