The supplied bar graph contrasts the gold, silver, and bronze medal winners among twelve different nations from the Olympic Games. More than 2200 medals were won by the USA, which had the most overall success. The USA alone earned a disproportionately large number of medals compared to all other nations, the bar graph shows. Around 900 gold, 700 silver, and 500 bronze medals were won exclusively by the United States. The United States was the only nation to win as many medals as it did, including gold, silver, and bronze.

With around 400 gold, 300 silver, and 200 bronze medals, the Soviet Union was the second-highest medal winner in the Olympic games. In terms of overall medal counts, the United Kingdom placed third with more than 700 medals, of which about 200 were gold. Also, it took home 250 silver medals. As a result, France and the UK both received an equal amount of medals at international tournaments. The UK, however, has a higher percentage of bronze medals, totaling 270. Each of the other European nations, including France, Germany, and Italy, won over 500 medals. Start with the United States, which has won the most gold medals—nearly more than a thousand—in the history of the Olympic Games. However, there are roughly 700 silver medals awarded in this competition, and there are close to 500 bronze medals.

In addition, the Soviet Union won a total of 1000 medals, including 400 gold, another 300 silver, and 250 bronze. With almost 700 medals, of which about 200 were gold, the United Kingdom came in third overall in terms of medal counts. Additionally, it received 250 silver medals. As a result, the number of medals won by France and the UK at international competitions was equal. The UK, however, has a higher percentage of bronze medals, totaling 270. Additionally, Germany and Italy had some nominal differences in the medals they received in the Olympic competition.
