The table shown above contains information about the weekly consumption of ordinary milk and butter, and high and low fat alternatives of milk and butter among different age groups in one European country. As we move from the younger generation to older generation, it is clearly observed that the consumption of milk increases and consumption of butter increases initially and decreases at last.
The age group less than 25 years consumes 1200 ml of milk that comprises 59% full fat and 41% low fat. In this age group, the consumption of butter is 12 g that comprises 60% full fat and 40% low fat. When we move to the older generation, with an increasing age group, the consumption of milk also increases and that of butter increases initially and decreases for the oldest age group. The consumption of milk was 1650 ml for the 25-44 age group, 1670 ml for the 45-64 age group and 1900 ml for people above the age of 65 years.
Similarly, the consumption of butter increased to 19g for people between the age 25-44, 60 g for the age group of 45-64 and it decreased to 30g for the people above the age of 65 years. The composition of full fat and low fat is clearly displayed in the table given above. So, we concluded that children under the age of 25 years consume less amount of milk and butter as compared to the other age groups.

The table illustrates the consumption of milk and butter along with its full fat and low fat composition for the different age groups. It was studied that the least amount of milk and butter was consumed by the children under the age of 25, the highest amount of milk was consumed by the people of age above 65 and the highest amount of butter was consumed by the people in the age group of 45-64 years.
When we studied children of the age less than 25, we observed that they consume 1200 ml of milk having 59% full fat and 41% low fat content. In this age group, the consumption of butter was 12 g with 60% full fat and 40% low fat content. As the age increased, the consumption of both the milk and butter increased. Children in the age group of 25-44 years consume 1650 ml of milk with 20% full fat and 80% low fat content and the amount of butter consumed was 19g with 38% full fat and 62% low fat content.
Children in the age group of 45-64 years consume 1670 ml of milk with 45% full fat and 55% low fat content and the amount of butter consumed was 60g with 50% full fat and low fat content. With the increase in age, the consumption of milk is increased and that of butter is decreased. Children of the age greater than 65 years consume 1900 ml of milk with 30% full fat and 70% low fat content and the amount of butter consumed was 30g with 49% full fat and 51% low fat content.

The table compares the data based on the consumption of full fat and low fat milk and similarly for butter. It shows that the oldest generation consume maximum milk and people of age group 45-64 consume maximum butter as compared to other age groups.
While studying the consumption of milk, the age group of less than 25 years consumes 1200 ml, people in the age of 25-44 ml consumes 1650 ml, people in the age of 45-64 consumes 1670 ml and the people of age more than 65 years consumes 1900 ml.
Now studying the consumption of butter, the age group of less than 25 years consumes 12g, people in the age of 25-44 ml consumes 19g, people in the age of 45-64 consumes 60g and the people of age more than 65 years consumes 30g.
