Topic: The rise of convenience foods has helped people keep up the speed of the modern lifestyle. What are the advantages of this trend? Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Model Answer 1

Many individuals rely on quickly prepared foods in today's world because of the hectic activity brought on by job and the rising costs of daily travel. This allows them to maintain the pace of their existing lifestyle. This essay will go over this trend's benefits and drawbacks.
To start, there are several reasons why people find it beneficial to rely on processed foods. First of all, because the cost of our daily necessities is rising, more people are working hard and value every second of their lives. Those who work in offices can serve as an example of this since they must get up early to prepare meals and even packed lunches. Therefore the food they use should not spoil easily. Second, because certain jobs needed them to work overtime in order to fulfil the deadline. They would just eat instant food to satisfy their hunger, like noodles or microwaveable meals.
There are always two sides to a coin, though. We are all aware that eating fast food has a negative impact on our health. It is clear that there is an increase in obesity throughout the world, and poor eating habits are the major cause of this. Research has shown that eating processed food causes cancer because it stays in our bodies longer. Therefore, if the food we consume negatively impacts our bodies, all of our efforts will be in vain. If we do not take care with what we eat. The aforementioned potential harm to our bodies might be avoided by reducing our reliance on fast food.
Despite the advantages of fast food in our lives, it is crucial to consider the consequences that might have a long-term impact.

Model Answer 2

The prevalence of fast food is undoubtedly one of the most contentious problems that people have to deal with. These are among the many significant problems with benefits and drawbacks. While some people are drawn in by the benefits of this, many others strongly disagree. I mostly discuss the drawbacks of such a notion.
Convenience meals offer the chance to save time, on the one hand. That is to say, the majority of individuals in today's society work and are occupied. For instance, if everyone in the family works, they may not have time to prepare meals, thus these meals help them save time. From various perspectives, the second inherent benefit of choosing any type of food might serve as a good illustration of this. In other words, thanks to ready meals, family members are not required to eat the same meals and are free to select the foods they prefer.
The purchase of convenience foods, however, can also have certain drawbacks from an empirical standpoint. One such example is that the cost of prepared foods is viewed negatively by many. In other words, fast food restaurants are charging a premium for their meals. People who choose fast food over home cooking are therefore losing a lot of money. In addition, the negative implications of this behaviour go beyond financial ones. Due to prepackaged meals, a large percentage of people are becoming obese. Taking junk food as an example, experts claim that it can have major health benefits.
I can confidently say that prepackaged food has benefits and drawbacks after considering both sides. But after giving it careful thought, I've decided that the qualities can outweigh the benefits.

Model Answer 3

Today, people all across the world are eating more processed food than ever before. Many people are finding it easier to adapt to modern lifestyles as a result of the growth of fast food. The advantages and disadvantages of eating frozen foods will be covered in this article, along with an explanation of why there aren't any advantages to this practice.
First off, the fact that precooked foods save time instead of taking hours to prepare is one of its obvious benefits. Because most people are overworked, they rarely have time to prepare meals for themselves. Students, working professionals, and others fall under this category. Additionally, compared to other food products that are sold in the market, these kinds of foods save not only time but also money. For instance, because I work as an engineer, I must put in more than 10 hours a day and do not have time to prepare meals; yet, packaged food allows me to get by for the day. Consequently, the emergence of fast food has enabled people to adapt to their changing lifestyles.
On the flip side, there are clear drawbacks to continuing this pattern. Precooked foods have a negative influence on health when consumed over an extended period of time, which is one of the downsides. This is because the preservatives employed to extend the shelf life of the product may harm the human body. According to a scientist at the University of Alberta, "70% of people who consume ready-made goods are susceptible to numerous forms of malignancies." As a result, it significantly affects human health.
To sum up, the modern lifestyle has led to a rise in the desire for convenience food. This method has the advantages of saving time and money, but it has a negative influence on people's health. Personally, I think there are more drawbacks to eating pre cooked food in the long run than there are advantages.
