The floor plan shows the building's evolution from 1958 to the present. From an overall perspective, it's easy to see that this building has been used for both commercial and residential purposes, with the only thing remaining unchanged: the kitchen. Today's flower shops have a more open plan compared to when they were apartments or offices.

In 1958, the building was used as an office, with a conference room in the upper left corner of the plan, an assistant and secretary's office below, and a toilet in the lower left corner. In 1985, conference room was expanded and converted into a living room. A large bathroom and shower were built in place of the office and toilet. The flower shop had a gift card room in the top left, a large open space for flowers above, and a play area in the bottom left corner. On the right side, the kitchen in the upper corner remains unchanged in all versions of his first floor. By comparison, had an administrator's office on the right and a reception area in the bottom corner.
