The above given pie chart portrays the proportion of total water consumption by various sectors in Sydney, Australia, 1997 to 2007.

It can be observed from the above pie charts that the food industry has accounted for the highest percentage of water consumption. Besides that, there has been a dramatic increase in the water consumption ratio by the service industry from 1997 to 2007.

In 2007, there was a slight decrease of 7% water consumption in the food industry, as well as the building industry. The building industry consumed 5% of the tota; water in 1997 that dropped to a consumption ratio of 2% in 2007. Meanwhile, the water consumption by the manufacturing industry fell significantly in 2007 by a rate of 11% respectively.

In 2007, the service industry and household sectors increased their rate of consumption of water. The service industry increased its water use from 13% to 25%. Simultaneously with a percentage of people engaged in home chores. This increased to 19% in 1997 to 21% in 2007.

There are two pie charts given above that effectively portray the water consumption in Sydney, Australia. These pie charts establish the differentiation from the year 1997 to 2007.

In the year 1997, it can be clearly concluded from the pie cheat above, the food industry accounted for a majority of water consumption with a rate of 48%. Service industry on the other hand accounts for a consumption rate of 13% from the percentage of total water consumed.

Building industry accounts for 5% of the rate of consumption of water in Sydney. Households, on the other hand, accounted for consumption of 19% and the manufacturing industry accounted for 15%.

Thus, it can be concluded post comparison from these two pie charts that the service industry’s water consumption has increased at a rate of 12%. Building industry on the other hand has reported decreased water consumption by 3%. There has been an increase of 2% water consumption in the household sector. Moreover, a decreased water consumption at a difference rate of 7% in the food industry and 4% in the manufacturing industry has been reported.

Two pie charts are shown above that accurately depict water use in Sydney, Australia. The differences in water consumption rate between 1997 and 2007 are depicted in these pie charts. As can be seen from the pie chart above, the food industry consumed the most water in 1997 accounting for 48% of total consumption. The service industry reportedly consumed 13% of overall water usage.The construction industry is responsible for 5% of Sydney water use. Households, on the other hand, consumed 19 percent of the total, while the manufacturing industry consumed 15%.

As a result of comparing these two pie charts, it can be established that the service industry’s water consumption has grown by 12%. The construction industry has reported a decreased water consumption with a rate of 3%. On the other hand, the household sector has experienced a rise of 2% in water consumption. Nevertheless, water consumption has dropped by 7% in the food industry and in the manufacturing industry it has dipped by 4%.
