The line graph depicts the quantity of births and deaths that occurred in New Zealand between 1901 and 2101. Overall, it is clear that while the number of fatalities increased during the time period.

The number of births increased initially before declining over time. Increase in death rate might be due to COVID-19 Pandemic Everyone faced. Also, people avoid giving birth when there are chances of healthy risk. Many people died due to the pandemic and birth rate decreased due to the same. Around 20,000 babies were born and 9,000 people died in New Zealand in 1901. Over the following two decades, the birth rate rose until, by 1921, it had reached 30,000. After a modest dip up until 1941, it began to rise substantially over the following few decades and peaked at 65,000 between 1961 and 1981. Then it began to fall before rising once more. It is anticipated that there will be about 52,000 births in 2021. After thereafter, it is anticipated to progressively fall with slight changes over the ensuing 80 years, reaching around 43,000 in 2101. The death rate, on the other hand, began below 10,000 and has been progressively rising up until the present.
