The flowchart compares the three methods of recruiting the employees in a particular company. The first method is based on advertisement within the company for hiring the suitable employee for the company. It involves three steps in it which will help to hire the best employee for the company. The qualified worker would be shortlisted first and then called for the interview round. After clearing the interview round, the person will receive the job offer letter.

The second method is about the advertisement within the press for hiring the employee for the company. The qualified persons will be shortlisted and then they will appear for the test. Based on the test score, candidates will be called for the interview round. After clearing the interview, the candidates will receive the job offer letter.

The third method suggests hiring the employee through the external recruiting agency. This can be done in two ways: firstly by sending advertisements through any agency, and secondly by sending the advertisement within the company. The qualified candidates will be shortlisted and then will be called for the interview round and then finally receive the job offer letter.

Method 1 involves the recruitment using advertising within the company. The candidates who have applied will be shortlisted on some basis and will be called for the interview round. Candidates who will clear the interview round will receive the final job offer letter.

Method 2 involves the hiring by advertising within the press. The interested candidates will be shortlisted and then it is divided into two groups: direct interview and appearing in the test. The candidates will be either called for the interview directly or they have to firstly appear in the test and the qualified candidates will be then called for the interview round. Candidates who will perform well in the interview round will be selected for the job and will receive the offer letter.

The last method to recruit the person for a company is hiring through any external recruitment agency. The following steps will be the same as method 1. So, from the above mentioned three methods, we can use any method(s) to hire the person for a company.

The interested candidates will apply and from those candidates, few of them will be shortlisted. The shortlisted persons will enter the next round which involves interviewing the candidates. Candidates who will clear this round will get selected for the job and will receive the job offer letter.

The second method is based on publishing for the relevant job in the papers/ media. The candidates who will apply will get shortlisted on some basis by the company. Then they will be called for the interview round and after qualifying this round, they will receive the job offer letter.

The third method is recruitment by the external recruitment agency. These external agencies will advertise the relevant jobs and then follow the same steps as done in method one. All the methods are easy to process but method 1 will save more time and money.
