In general, both nations welcomed the most visitors from Europe in 1960, but by 2010, their numbers had decreased. Actually, the number of Asian visitors to Australia rose. While the Asian visitors in the year 1960 in Australia were just 10%. It rose up to 63% in the year 2010. This might be due to social media influence. Many students from Asia migrate to Australia for the purpose of study.

These students post a lot of content on social media. People all over the world get influenced by such content. In Germany, visitors from Europe continued to make up the majority of visitors in 2010.
