Band 8 IELTS Essay

Most offices and corporate sectors believe that rewarding an employee will motivate others to work hard and strive toward success. I do concur with this statement and have similar opinions. I believe that the best way to motivate and encourage people to work hard is to pay them based on how much they produce and sell. This will not only motivate them but also others in the office. They will also try to work hard to gain the reward. if the employees know that they will be paid for it, they will definitely work above and beyond for the company.

I believe that everyone needs motivation in life and also in the workplace. There is no success without motivation. Most people work so that they can earn money and feed themselves and their families. They work so that they can lead a better lifestyle. When an employee knows that they will be paid more if they work hard, they will definitely do it. It motivates and pushes them to their limit. Because of the workers' dedication and hard effort, employers stand to gain significantly from the revenues that result. Furthermore, with a higher standard of living, personnel would also feel better about themselves. The employees are aware that their pay is based on how much they produce and sell/. This will encourage them to work more. This will not only benefit the employee but also the company. They will gain more revenue due to more work from the employees. The increase in sales will improve the company’s reputation in the market. This will get more clients and more revenue each year.

A company in Nigeria informed its workforce that the most productive employee would get a cash prize of 3 million Naira and a vacation to Dubai. These types of rewards encourage employees to compete against one another. This also increases the skillset and brings healthy competitive nature to the workspace. People are more motivated to perform hard when they are rewarded at work. In conclusion, I believe people should be paid enough according to their output of tasks. They should also be rewarded so that they can keep on performing better day by day. This will help to improve the quality as well as the quantity of work. Not only that, the company will also be benefited.

Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

A portion of society has often opined that rewarding a person financially for their hard work is the best way to motivate the general public to work hard. Due to these two key factors, I wholeheartedly concur with this statement. The general population will perform better on the job as a result of this practice, to start. Second, this approach encourages those who are idle to work hard. First and foremost, workers are more productive at their jobs when they are earning good money.

The focus and dedication of wage earners increase if they are given sizable sums of money right away for completing tasks. As a result, this technique might greatly improve their effectiveness at work. For instance, I completed my task assignment last year in a remarkably shorter amount of time, earning a sizable bonus for my exceptional performance. Consequently, this program has the potential to raise the employees' level of task completion. The second main factor that demands notice is that a large wage package motivates the indolent to start working hard. Some inactive people have been seen to depend on the local government for unemployment benefits while not working. As a result, higher authorities spend a substantial sum of tax revenue on their welfare programs. On the other side, lazy people will start working right away if city dwellers earn huge pay as a result of their labour. For instance, the unemployment rate in the UK drops significantly from 14% to 4% in 2019. When higher authorities create a high compensation system for working individuals. To sum up, it has been suggested that rewarding people financially for a job is the most effective way to motivate the general populace to work hard. I really support this strategy because it will both improve public assignment completion rates and encourage lazy people to engage in constructive activity.

Band 8.5 IELTS Essay

Money is essential to survival, and there has recently been discussion on whether employee compensation should reflect the volume of input given to the system. I completely concur with your idea because, in my opinion, both the survival of the workers and the prosperity of the business depend on money. To start, money is the answer to almost all of the issues a person can encounter. In other words, everyone's goal is to be able to obtain enough money to meet both short-term and long-term needs.

As a result, an employee will take all reasonable measures to increase their income in order to meet their needs. Additionally, if there is an increase in salary and they can obtain all they need in life, they won't even bother to try to raise their output. Of course, this strategy results in overall worker and corporate satisfaction. For instance, as per research, 80% of the wealthy employees surveyed ascribed their success to the amount of labour they put in to get their individual pay. Another thing to keep in mind is that a company's success is determined by the contribution of its employees. Or, to put it another way, if an organisation wants to accomplish its goals and objectives, it needs to influence the workers. In this example, money. They accomplish this by directing the workers' attention to the dollar amount associated with the task. So attaining the assignment's intended outcome. When it happens, the business makes more money and the employees are well-spoken. For instance, the study found that business owners admitted this strategy is what allows them to make breakthroughs. In conclusion, even though there are many ways to motivate workers to perform to their employers' expectations. I completely agree that using the input-to-wage ratio is the most effective and practical method for achieving targeted productivity.
