Band 7 IELTS Essay

Technology has become an indispensable aspect of our life. Some individuals feel that technical advancements have replaced humans in the workplace at a greater rate and are more responsible for unemployment. However, others argue that this is not the case. In this essay, I will investigate all sides of the argument and offer my view.

Overall, there are several reasons why people feel technology is rapidly replacing people. Perhaps the most important reason I agree with this viewpoint is that computers and robots have done tasks that humans have done in the past correctly. Moreover, that too with better outcomes and at a lower cost. An excellent example of this is painting and resembling the automobile industry. Robots can do these tasks more efficiently and precisely than humans, resulting in job losses in the automobile sector.

Regardless of these objections, technology has the potential to make human existence easier and more comfortable. The contemporary generation can interact successfully thanks to advances in information technology. As a result, individuals may complete their tasks more quickly and have more time to enjoy life. To communicate with coworkers and consumers, for example, we now offer email and chatting options. This might increase corporate productivity while also creating new job opportunities in the information technology sector.

Another cause for unemployment is that technical advancement has decreased the cost of manufacturing by requiring fewer employee hours. Furthermore, there is a significant outflow of outputs within a short period of time. In other words, computers can finish a task in half the time it would take a person.

Finally, technology is a topic that is highly significant to current culture. Overall, I would have to say that I agree to some level with the viewpoint that technical developments have replaced humans in the workplace. Since, technology goods make people's lives better.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

In today's culture, it is widely agreed that technical improvements are to blame for the rising prevalence of unemployment. While this remark is true to some level, I would argue that the development of cutting-edge equipment is not the only cause of all unemployment.

On the one hand, technology has the potential to displace people from their employment. Needless to say, contemporary robots outperform human labour in terms of productivity and precision. These labor-saving devices may offer a direct threat to a variety of vocations that demand a significant amount of time and effort to execute all working activities completely. For example, as technology in the agriculture business has advanced, agrimotors have increasingly replaced various farmers. Since they have been outfitted with more efficient and faster engines for improved output.

On the other hand, I believe that technical advancements are not entirely responsible for rising unemployment rates. New vocations were formed as a result of the invention of technology. Thus, this meant that individuals would begin careers in the service sector or manufacturing machines. This method can assist various nations, particularly those in Asia, in transitioning from the agriculture sector to the service industry, allowing these countries to progress in a variety of ways. This includes the economy, culture, and politics. Furthermore, rather than certain automated operations, the rise in unemployment rates is fueling competition among those looking for jobs. In Vietnam, for example, a large number of instructors are no longer employed directly after graduation since numerous institutions have sufficient teaching jobs.

To summarise, while some argue that advanced equipment causes joblessness. I would argue that technical developments are not the main cause of unemployed residents.

Band 6.5 IELTS Essay

Since the previous few centuries, technological advancements have dominated human labour. Interestingly, contemporary science is a critical aspect in today's society, and it is rapidly expanding. As a result, I completely agree with the premise that technological development leads to unemployment.

On the one hand, modern technology has mostly supplanted labour in the current generation. Many businesses and sectors are embracing cutting-edge computer technology to make their work and efforts simpler. Robots and other devices, for example, are being used in industries and restaurants. Many restaurants now choose to use robots rather than people. Furthermore, it reduces human effort while increasing production. In reality, machines and robots perform tasks in half the time that people do. Unfortunately, it contributes to increased unemployment in the industry labour sector.

On the other hand, sophisticated technologies are advantageous in many ways in today's modern period. Specifically in the IT industry, the breakthroughs of computer automation and machines have made the job of employees simpler in their work environment. The most recent software and other technologies play an important role in reducing labour effort. For instance, all automatic draughts and emails will be shared throughout the organisation. Furthermore, physical labour has taken the place of workers, and labour hours have been decreased with no additional effort.

Finally, the introduction of new technology and machines has reduced the amount of human labour required at the workplace. As a result, technology is evolving over a few centuries and expanding at a faster rate, which is increasing unemployment across all industries and enterprises.
