Accept the Steam Queen challenge! If we can't get a stain from your carpet which we have said we can get out, we will give your money back! We will tell you now though - if the stains are from paint or chemical substances, are burn marks, or are more than three years old, they probably cannot be removed.

A home with normal traffic probably needs a steam cleaning service once a year, and we give a 10 per cent discount to customers who return within a 14-month period.
